GULF COAST GROUP

Gulf Coast Group headquarter is located in Ovidiu town area, Constanta County , spread on a surface of 3,700 squared meters. At this location warehouses for raw materials and packing, the production unit and final product warehouses are built.

The technological capacity for chemicals production, owned by Gulf Cost Group is of 150 to/month.

The "blend unit" production installation is endowed with the following reaction vessels:

•  1 ea. of 6 m 3

•  4 ea. of 4 m 3

•  3 ea. of 0,5 m 3

A technological flow ensures feeding with solid and liquid raw materials.

Packaging

Manufactured final products are packing in:

•  HDPE containers with metallic reinforcement ( IBC ), with a capacity of 1 ,000 liters each

•  HDPE drums, with a capacity of 200 liters

•  HDPE jerricans with a capacity of 5 - 60 liters

The packing are lebeled according to international transport regulation ( ADR, IMO ).

Product control is done both at intermediate phases and finally, in our analysis laboratory, endowed with necessary apparata for standard analyse methods (colorimetry, gravimetry, pH, conductivity).

Weighing of products before delivery is electonic performed.
